Internet more popular than newspapers

Using newspapers as your main source of news has been usurped by internet news sites, according to new research.

The Pew Research Centre’s Internet & American Life Project and Project for Excellence in Journalism says the results show that the internet is the third-most popular news platform behind local and national television news and ahead of national print newspapers, local print newspapers and radio.
